Subscription plans
geo.qa offers a free tier and paid monthly/annual plans (Pro, Max, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Razorpay. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
How to cancel
- Self-service: Go to Profile → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
- By email: Send a request to avijeet@vortx.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will process it within 2 business days.
- No cancellation fee applies. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
Refund eligibility
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment and have not consumed more than 100 AI queries, you are entitled to a full refund of the current billing period. This cooling-off window is provided in the spirit of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, regardless of your jurisdiction.
- After 7 days or after heavy usage: Refunds are at our discretion. We evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at avijeet@vortx.ai.
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a pro-rated refund for unused whole months remaining.
- Non-refundable: Enterprise custom contracts and any one-time setup fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval. Funds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.
Downgrading instead of cancelling
You can downgrade to a lower tier or the free plan at any time from your profile page. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period, but you will not be charged at the higher rate again.
