How is memory billed?
By stored memory and by query volume against it. Free reads the public emem.dev memory only. Pro and Max include private memory formation against your sensors and assets, with the active-automation count as the headline limit.
Can I bring my own infrastructure?
Yes, on Enterprise. Cloud, VPC, or on-prem. The Vespa index, PostgreSQL, model server, and the celery workers all run inside your boundary. The default region for hosted tenants is Mumbai.
What does the Enterprise SLA cover?
Signed response-time targets for the API, the chat surface, and alert delivery. Custom retention, audit log shipping, SAML or OIDC, and named contacts. We negotiate the actual numbers per deployment.
Do my agents see other tenants' memories?
No. Memory is stored under org_{org_id} on the filesystem and every read is filtered by tenant at the query layer. There is no replication path that crosses the boundary, and the public emem.dev memory is the only thing shared between tenants.
