How Billing Works

geo.qa has a free tier and paid plans billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. There is a free tier so you can evaluate the product before you pay anything — see the pricing page.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop to the free tier. Your memory is not deleted at downgrade — usage is subject to the free-tier limits, and you can export it at any time.

Refunds

• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
• Service failure: if a paid feature was unavailable for a sustained period due to our fault, tell us and we will refund or credit the affected time.
• New paid subscriptions: if you upgrade and it isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a refund of that period, provided usage was nominal.
• Partial periods after a normal cancellation are generally not refunded, since you keep access to the end of the period.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

Enterprise

Enterprise agreements are invoiced separately and governed by the refund, credit, and SLA terms in the order form and DPA, which take precedence over this page for those customers.
